Personal Training

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I utilize the ACE IFT (Integrated Fitness Training) Model in my clients’ programs. This model is a systematic and comprehensive approach to exercise programming that integrates posture, movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular endurance, and muscular strength. As a MOJO client you will be guided and supported by a program designed specifically for your unique body, your personal history, and your current commitments. You will receive education in exercising safely and effectively for a lifetime of fitness and health.

But training with me is more than just exercising. Your program will focus on your sleep habits, nutritional intake, and stress management. Not only will you be gaining a personal trainer, you will be gaining an accountability partner that will help you stay focused on your goals.
