I believe a fitness plan should take into consideration all aspects of your life. I also believe exercises should be chosen with consideration for your past injuries, mobility limitations, and personal enjoyment. Getting fit does not need to be painful or intimidating to be effective!

I was introduced to Pilates while studying contemporary dance in college. I fell in love with Joseph Pilates' philosophies and decided to become certified in Pilates Mat and Pilates Apparatus Instruction. I continue my Pilates practice and study to this day.

I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer after discovering the life changing effects of strength training. Now I live for helping my clients crush their goals.
